Condition #1 :

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme and its customer in connection with the sale of the following goods: All items available for purchase on www.orleansmetropole- boutique.com
Any service performed by Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme therefore implies the purchaser's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Condition #2 :
Color
Pantone references are printing ink references intended for printing on paper. Depending on the supports used, it is possible to notice differences due to the quality of the material or the basic color of the object. Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme cannot be held responsible for these differences.
Condition #3 :
Quantity tolerance
Due to manufacturing hazards, printed orders are accepted subject to availability tolerance of the quantities ordered. After execution, our invoices are established in accordance with the quantities actually delivered.
Condition #4 :
Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated all taxes. Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme grants itself the right to modify its rates at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
Condition #5 :
Rebates and rebates
The rates offered include the discounts and rebates that Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme may grant based on its results or the payment by the purchaser of certain services.

Payment terms
Payment for orders is made by credit card via our third-party supplier Stripe when the order is registered. Payment is 100% secure. Payment cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Condition #7 :
Title retention clause
Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme retains ownership of the goods sold until payment of the price. As such, if the buyer is subject to receivership or judicial liquidation, Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme reserves the right to claim, within the framework of collective proceedings, the goods sold and which have remained unpaid.
Condition #8 :
Collection in the form of "Click & Collect"
Collection is made at the place indicated by the seller on the order form, i.e.: Boutique de l'Office de Tourisme d'Orléans Métropole (23 place du Martroi - CS 95632 - 45 000 Orléans, France) . The preparation time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed. Order withdrawals are made Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. upon receipt of the email indicating that your order is ready to be picked up. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer: the allocation of damages; cancellation of the order.
Condition #9 :
Delivery
The delivery is made to the place indicated by the customer during the validation of his order. Orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt of the purchase confirmation email and deliveries are made within 5 working days. The preparation time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer: the allocation of damages; cancellation of the order.

- from 250g to 500g: €7.90 (Large package - Colissimo);
- from 500g to 750g: €8.82 (Large package - Colissimo);
- from 750g to 1000g: €9.58 (Very large package - Colissimo).
- from 1000g to 2000g: €10.63 (Very large package - Colissimo).
Shipping rates in Europe - Zone 1 (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg):
- from 0g to 50g: €3.50 (Parcel in envelope - Priority letter);
- from 50g to 100g: €3.50 (Small package - Priority letter);
- from 100g to 250g: €10.34 (Medium parcel - Priority letter);
- from 250g to 500g: €10.34 (Large package - Colissimo);
- from 500g to 1000g: €12.62 (Large package - Colissimo);
Shipping rates to Europe - Zone 2 (UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland):
- from 0g to 50g: €2.70 (Parcel in envelope - Priority letter);
- from 50g to 100g: €3.50 (Small package - Priority letter);
- from 100g to 250g: €11.88 (medium package - Colissimo);
- from 250g to 500g: €11.88 (Large package - Colissimo);
- from 500g to 1000g: €15.11 (Large package - Colissimo);
- from 1000g to 2000g: €16.90 (Very large package - Colissimo).
Condition #11 :
force majeure
Orléans Val de Loire Tourisme cannot be held liable if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force. major. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.
Condition #12 :
Court of competent jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the commercial courts of the head office in Orléans.
